Warranty and Refund Policy for Maison Marble & Stone

At Maison Marble & Stone, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. Please review our warranty and refund policy below:

1. Refund Policy

All sales are final once supplies have been ordered or have arrived on site. Maison Marble & Stone does not offer refunds or exchanges on materials once they have been ordered or delivered to the project site. Please ensure all selections and measurements are accurate before finalizing your order.

2. Slab Warranty

Maison Marble & Stone offers a 10-year warranty on slabs for manufacturing defects. This warranty covers any inherent defects in the material itself that are a result of the manufacturing process.

This slab warranty does NOT cover:

Breakage caused by the customer: If a slab is broken or damaged by the customer during handling, installation (if not performed by Maison Marble & Stone), or use, it is not covered under this warranty.

Damage due to neglect: This includes, but is not limited to, improper cleaning, exposure to harsh chemicals, excessive heat, or impact from heavy objects.

3. Workmanship Warranty

Maison Marble & Stone provides a 1-year warranty on our workmanship. This warranty covers any issues directly related to the installation of your marble and stone products, such as if a slab moves or falls due to faulty installation by our team.

This workmanship warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage caused by external factors not related to our installation.
• Issues arising from alterations or repairs made by parties other than Maison Marble & Stone.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

To make a warranty claim, please contact Maison Marble & Stone with your original purchase information and a detailed description of the issue. We will arrange for an inspection to determine if the issue is covered under our warranty policy.
